You should expect an invoice for your selected level of participation within approximately thirty to sixty days prior to the event. Payment is required in full before each element of activation.

TEDxElPaso retains the full and sole discretion in selecting the main theme, the speakers, the topics, the structure, the participants, and communication initiatives in relation to the conference as well as any other aspect that may influence the attendees' experience and the overall quality and level of the conference.

No sponsor or partner will receive the right to present a TED Talk or get any featured time on stage at TEDxElPaso.

This document is supplemented by a good faith agreement between the parties to cooperate in making TEDxElPaso and the partnership a success. All TEDxElPaso partnerships are based on an element of trust and reasonable behavior by all parties.
